About the partnership
With this partnership, laundromat owners can now accept shoes and leather goods at their store for repair. Customers can either place the order on their phone or the laundromat can process it for them. All owners have to do is send the order to Cobblers Direct, and they handle all customer questions and repair-related communications. Not only will operators receive up to 20% of the revenue generated from each repair, but Cobblers Direct partners see an average of 50% of shoe repair customers becoming regular laundromat customers.
The customer will place their order and drop off items at your laundromat.
Items are shipped to the nearest Cobblers Direct facility for repairs with a pre-paid label.
Cobbler Direct ships the order back to you for customer pickup and payment (you keep 20% of the sale).
