How does it integrate with my existing systems?

Cents Assist works as a standalone call center but offers an advantage when integrated with your suite of Cents business management tools. Cents Assist integrates with Cents Accelerate, your marketing campaign center, and displays all your messages in a centralized inbox. You can toggle the AI auto-responder on and off as needed to handle customer interactions related to campaigns and order placement. The integration also offers deeper insights into reporting and analytics around customer activity and history.

Is there a contract or commitment required?

No commitment is required during or after the 30-day trial period.

How does call escalation work?

Our AI system determines the nature and urgency of each call and intelligently directs the call to the appropriate party for escalation. During onboarding, you determine what constitutes escalation and where it should be directed. For any order-related escalations, the call is handled by our team of call center agents who have access to your order management system and can operate independently based on rules that you set (i.e., when to allow credits or refunds).

What languages are supported?

Currently Cents Assist can handle calls in English and Spanish, with more languages being rolled out each quarter. 

Can it handle multiple locations?

Yes, Cents Assist can handle any number of locations and intelligently answer questions unique to each one based on your specifications.

How does it affect my order processing?

Our agents can create and modify orders, process payments, provide price quotes and upsell additional services automatically, as well as answer any FAQs about your store.

What happens if the system goes down?

We have a 99.9% uptime track record; however, at times the system may be down for scheduled maintenance. We schedule maintenance during off hours when possible, but during any system outages, calls will be forwarded directly to your store.
